1. I WILL NOT BECOME INVOLVED IN ANY OTHER CRIMINAL ACTIVITY WHILE ON BOND. IF ARRESTED, I WILL CONTACT LONE STAR BAIL BONDS IMMEDIATELY.

2. EVERY TUESDAY I WILL CHECK IN ONLINE WITH THE LONE STAR BAIL BONDS FORM AT HTTPS://WWW.SANMARCOSBAILBONDS.COM/CHECK-IN/ TO VERIFY MY WHEREABOUTS. IF I DO NOT CHECK IN WITHIN A 24 HOUR PERIOD, I UNDERSTAND LONE STAR BAIL BONDS WILL FILE FOR RELEASE OF SURETY AND REQUEST A WARRANT FOR MY ARREST. I GIVE UP ALL RIGHTS TO ALL COLLATERAL AND BOND FEES IN THIS EVENT.

3. IF MY EMPLOYMENT, ADDRESS, PHONE, MARITAL STATUS OR ATTORNEY CHANGE, I WILL NOTIFY LONE STAR BAIL BONDS IMMEDIATELY.

4. UPON COMPLETION OF MY CASE(S), I WILL NOTIFY AND DELIVER A COPY OF THE COURTS DECISION AND DISPOSITION TO LONE STAR BAIL BONDS WITHIN 48 HOURS.
